Had an issue with a Serta mattress I purchased, had to call the store and corporate a few times to help locate my lost receipt, finally after discussing my issue with Travis, my receipt was able to be located. Travis went way above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, but more importantly cared that I was getting a good nights sleep. He was thoughtful, and caring, and always kept a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He is a valuable asset to the Big Lots company....keep up the amazing work Travis! AND THANK YOU AGAIN!
They never have IBC root beer any more.
Great place to buy furniture and cleaning supplies and in cheap stuff And I got very helpful in picking out with supplies her name is Nazia Shah is very great person friendly and she helped me out looking for products on the shelves and awesome personality
This is an alright store, and they have alot of decent deals. However, the men's bathroom was gross, and the cashier's where pretty slow.
Ok place.. cheap brands for when your in a quick pinch.
