Central towers is a hi rise for disabled people who can still do most things for themselfs,at one time it was a fair friendly place and now you have to keep your doors locked and be side bye 9 , because of all the actives going on in and around the building not to get me wrong I've been around since 1988 an I'm still her cause the rent is according to your income.

Accepted as you are, with your baggage, the River is a collective of beautifully flawed people (we know we are!) who want to better our community and world.nNo enforced dress code.nBring your coffee (and/or breakfast pastries!) into service.nChildren's ministry and Youth Group available, as well.
