My brother is a transplant patient and he needs medicine and my mom worked all day to try to get my brothers medicine and still nothing this place is awful and i feel like they dont actually know whats going on. Manager needs to get ahold of their employees or shut this place down. Dealing with peoples medicine is something serious this place is lost or something.

call and get a different story of my I can't get my medicine scheduled for delivery. no one goes the extra mile. spend 30-50 mins just waiting to speak with someone. if this pharmacy wasn't my preferred pharmacy I would go somewhere else. I want CVS corporate to call me. so i can complain more about this pharmacy. I will be putting this on the survey when I get it. TO MANY PEOPLE DOING DIFFERENT THINGS. The app has glitches most of the time.

I used to get 5 emails/notifications when it was time to refill my prescription. (Which I would get before my prescription was allowed to be filled, which is a hole other problem.) However, I did not receive any notifications this month and did not have my medication on hand on the day that I was suppose to take it (Monday). So I called and they told me that it would be delivered on Wednesday.nnOn Wednesday, I received a message that stated my medicine would not be delivered until Thursday. I responded to the message asking why it was not being delivered on Wednesday as I was told it was. I then received a message back saying that my delivery would not be until Thursday and here's a survey. When I click on the survey, the link did not work.nnMy medication needs to be refrigerated, and can only be out for 24 hours before it is not good.

Avoid CVS Specialty if at all possible!nnI rely on them for a medication that needs to be taken strictly on schedule. Unfortunately every time I need a prescription refill, they wait until the day before the medicine is due to be sent to contact my doctor's office, causing a delay of days after hours on the phone.nnThis has been a recurring problem for years. Do not rely on CVS Specialty for your medication if you have any alternatives available.

I’ve only used cvs specialty pharmacy once but I hope to never need to use them again. My medication did arrive on time. However I had to call them numerous times. Getting a different answer from each rep. Spoke with a gentleman that was no and had zero customer service skills and should not have been put into production. He was not ready. I’m grateful to have read the reviews because the reviews let me know how much of a hassle they would be. So I was able to apply more pressure by calling multiple times a day to ensure I got my medication on time.
