I just wanted to thank you for employing pharmacists like Natalie Skiba, and Cayla Jones at your Monroeville, PA 15146 Club 6677 pharmacy. This was my first experience with Sam’s Club Pharmacy, and it could not have been better. I personally have been involved in medicine all my adult life, and in several different specialties. And I have to complement these 2 young women not only for their professionalism and expertise. But their total pharmaceutical approach to patient care/service. Being a pharmacist is a lot more than just counting pills. And these professionals are not only a credit to Sam’s Club but to their profession as well. I haven’t had the pleasure of actually meeting Ms. Jones yet, but I did talk to her at length on the phone about my choosing Humana and Sam’s club for my prescriptions, and she convinced me I would be in good hands with both. But I did have the pleasure of not only speaking to Ms. Skiba by phone the day before filling my prescriptions, but today when Ms. Skiba filled them all, and she could not have been more helpful in every facet of the confusing Medicare system, and what would work the best for me medically and financially as well. Thank you Ms. Skiba.

Disappointed being rushed off the phone. I will never use Sam's pharmacy again.
