I like the movie theater itself but I don't like having to go through all the rude kids at ultimate air to get to the movie I want to see. it's ridiculous. they run all through the lobby and don't forget about all those fights up there. nope I would rather drive a little further so I can enjoy myself watching a movie.

Good deals on food. And good prices for movies. They have a great way to bring people in to the see movies.

Giving one star is extremely generous. Your movie theater does not even deserve that much.nnBy the way, I tried contacting you folks about my issues directly roughly four days ago. As of yet, I have not been contacted. Now, I will share my grievances with the public at large.nnHere it comes! Get ready!nnYou guys really need to stop treating your establishment like a playground. If you have a PACK of minors going around your theaters, being disruptive, causing trouble, AND THROWING THINGS AT PEOPLE, you need to do something more immediate to handle the situation. Don't give these children chances or warnings. If there are at least a dozen minors causing trouble and antagonizing customers, you need to do a lot more than send your ushers over to give supposedly stern warnings. During the 10:20 showing of Knives Out on 2/14/2020, my girlfriend was actually bold enough to stand up to the little hooligans after they had been interrupting the movie EXCESSIVELY. Furthermore, one anonymous child threw a hard object at the back of her head at some point before she verbally reprimanded the children for their behavior and reminded them of local curfew ordinances for North Versailles. After she left Theater 12 to make an official complaint, she was confronted by the brats in the hallway. All that she did in return was consistently remind them of local ordinances. Unfortunately, I was not as direct and bold as she was, and I still feel really bad about taking no action. After waiting inside Theater 12 for a bit, and noticing that she had not returned after several minutes, I went over by the concession stand to check up on her. At that point, she was immensely displeased with your staff. She made them refund the money which I'd used to pay for a large bottle of water, a medium popcorn, and a large cherry Icee. The employees were shocked/silent, but nonetheless, they obliged and gave me back my money. (By the way, you folks need to start printing out and handing out receipts.) She and I then headed over to the box office at which point she demanded a refund for the money spent on tickets. She rightfully reminded the personnel the box office that they need to adhere to local ordinances. Once again, the money was refunded. In spite of the refunds and the generous offer by a member of your staff to restart the film, I still feel that not enough was done to handle the situation in a direct and proactive manner. I hope for your sake that incidents of this nature are not a frequent occurrence at your theater. Otherwise, you won't have very many customers in the near future. Also, this whole event nearly ruined Valentine's Day. Don't let your theater become a place which leads to disappointment for all on any given day.

A great place to see a movie. $5 specials and comfortable seats. Yes the concessions are extremely expensive. Just like any movie theater but a cheap ticket price helps make up for it.

Great selection of movies for a great price. Staff are always cheery and helpful. Nice to have the trampoline park so close too.
