My experience with Mattress Firm, as a store, was very pleasant. My salesman gave me his undivided attention. He repeated information several times when I asked. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was offered several different dates for delivery. Such a nice experience. I will definitely go back for future purchases.
It was A wonderful experience. The store manager and another store employee greeted me and my mother at the door, they welcomed us with smiling faces and friendly warm attitudes.Symone Took her time and let me experience what each bed felt like. Will be having heart surgery soon and needed electric adjustable bed. We had gone to another shop prior to Mattress Firm. Salesman offered little to know help. Knowing little about the different beds, your salesman Mike in the Monroeville store was extremely helpful. I was impressed with his product knowledge and making sure I found the perfect bed. I was Very Pleased with The Sales Representative Mike Colaizzi He answered all of my questions He also gave me Great insight on how to pick out the Mattress that was Just Right For Me The Sandburg Firm Mattress feels like a Medium Firm Mattress Not To Hard Not Too Soft. He also showed me advantages to having A Firm 300 Adjustable Base which makes it So Much Easier for me to get in and out of the bed. I will also be able to read books occasionally w great comfort.
