Experienced an extremely long wait time. Appointment was for 2:30pm, didn't get taken into the patient room until after 4:00pm. Even after the initial exam with the nurse, I still had to wait in the patient room for 45 minutes while waiting for the PA. Left the facility at 5:15pm.

Came to get a virus test for my work and had no idea what to expect. The gentleman who brought the paperwork was very nice and gave clear instructions. The doctor introduced himself but I was so nervous can't remember his name. He was very kind and quick to administer swabs. Much easier than I anticipated. The paperwork was long so wished we could have had it ahead of time to complete. Overall experience was very positive!

Excellent service and very professional staff. They managed to get me in and out in a timely fashion. They use the highest level of caution with Covid crisis. Keep up the great work guys. Thanks again.

Courteous staff that exercised good safety practices. The care provided was efficient and my questions were answered. I would definitely refer this facility to a friend!

Waited almost 2 hours to get a vaccine. Staff was nice but ridiculously long wait for a shot that took 2 seconds
