After a couple nightmare experiences with a couple other contractors, I couldn’t be happier I chose Premier for my kitchen countertops. They were very friendly and professional from day 1. Drew gave me a tour of their facility the first day I walked in then sent me directly to their supplier to pick out a slab. Drew was always just a phone call away and was always happy to respond to my questions and concerns. The installers who took measurements were also great. They were on time for each appointment which hasn’t been the case with other companies I have dealt with. They were also professional, knowledgeable, and left my house clean. I had Premier install approximately 40sf of granite in my kitchen with an under mount sink. Originally they told me i would have a seam in one of the slabs due to its size and shape. When they showed up they said they decided to make it one solid piece because they were confident they could manage it during install. To me that’s going above and beyond to ensure the best quality product for the customer. Thanks again Premier!
We just had our granite installed yesterday in our home and we cannot be more pleased with how everything turned out. From the first day we walked in to Premier Granite until yesterday when it was installed, their process was perfect and their people catered to our every need.
