I've used Carnegie Pest control for 20 yrs or more for small mice..We have animals and John was very patient when explaining that the chemicals he uses are Pet Friendly..We never had a problem with mice for yrs..Im calling them today..Ok..I did call..a women answered and was very friendly and informative..I dont know why these cry baby's complain about everything..If they were rude..its not the end of the world for them..they responded to the 1 star review professionally..These people who write bad reviews probably do it to everyone!..Johns been doing this a long time and knows all the tricks of the trade..thanks John..see you soon...ahhh..hope not..lol..
We discovered a large hornet's nest in our yard on a Sunday. He arrived quickly and took care of the nest at a reasonable cost.
The workers but his workers destroyed multiple things in my home and left the porch amuck. While he did get rid of the pest it took them almost a week to do so and not in very polite fashion.
Jon's company did are home inspection without issue. And we have had them come out to take care of a bee problem we had in the summer. In both occasions we were more than satisfied with his work and professionalism. He has since got rid of ants at my mothers home and did a bee issue at my aunts home. I would recommend him to anyone.
