Unlike most other pharmacies, this one actually cares about the people going above and beyond to help. The main pharmacist Gregg is very nice, personable, friendly and helpful. He has even stayed open past closing hours listed when needed. Also if they don't have the Medicine you need they don't wait until whenever they get their shipments and will instead have them ordered and sent overnight getting them the next day.nnUsed to use Giant Eagle Pharmacy but in the last year they just went down hill with customer service and making sure to have what you need when it's due. Like when my script was sent in 1 week before it was due they should of had it available already when it was supposed to be filled... instead they told me they didn't have it and wouldn't be able to get it for another 5 days, on a Tuesday when they get all their shipments.... plus they had missed other scripts sent electronically at the same time. Just got to a point where they screwed up more times then they got it right. Also GE would charge my insurance without even having my meds yet and would promise they would fix it then I'd find out they had not.nnThe Medicine Shoppe in Carnegie is NOT like that at all. Can't say anything about any other locations but the one in Carnegie treats their customers as though they matter and when they tell you they will do something for you they always come through.nnAlso Gregg is the best Pharmacist around, doesn't sugarcoat stuff either and helps anyway he can.

I love this place. I moved further away, but I still travel to Carnegie to come here (even though CVS is across the street from me). Always friendly and very fast. Really makes me wonder what’s going on that makes other pharmacies make you wait a minimum of 20 minutes?? Here you have your script within minutes.

Wonderfully professional independent pharmacy. Customer service n professionalism is is 5 star! I love supporting local businesses .
