Very quick service. Associates were nothing but nice. Truly my best DMV experience. So organized, no wait time, huge.nIf you have to go the DMV in Allegheny County, go to this one.
As far as DMVs go this location is pretty efficient. Since they moved to this building I’ve seen nothing but improvements. Large waiting area. Plenty of seating and staff that knows what their doing. Usually only find myself here every 2 years to get my certification renewed so we’ll see how it’s fairing then ud83dude02
Jerry A at Counter 16 went above and beyond to assist me in transferring my out of state license. Also, the staff was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this location.
I went there to get my motorcycle permit. Everything was going good, the lady told me to take my test then sit down and they will call me back up. I failed my test, sat back down waited 2 hours. There wasn't a lot of people there. People kept coming in and getting their stuff done and leaving. I think they forgot about me so I left. I failed anyway so didn't really matter. I was tired of sitting there wearing that stupid mask
Went on a Saturday afternoon for a learner's permit. They weren't as busy as you'd expect and we were out within a half hour of signing in. They're now on a bigger location also which is perfect during this time.nnWent in 10/30/2020 around 4pm for a license renewal and were out' with a new ID, within yen minutes of walking in! Love the new location and staff are always friendly and helpful!
