This has to be the worst post office I have ever dealt with. The representatives are always rude when I go to pick up a package and there has been MULTIPLE times were my whole apartment building hasn't gotten any mail for over a week and it was all just building up at the office.
Louis is rude and unprofessional. I’m getting a passport correction from a mistake they made. I get a chance to return a year later and they say it’s too long and have to pay for a renewal. I call the number from the passport website and they say this is not correct.nnMy wife is getting a name change on her passport, the website says she does not need our marriage certificate if she has new identification stating her married name. Louis’ exact words “I don’t care what you read, we’ve been doing this for four years and no one has never not presented proof of marriage”
This post office is a waste of time!! Poor customer service!!!!

Mail is not delivered to proper address always get it mixed up with the neighbors and never at the same time every day. Bridgeville office seems like they don't care and they wonder why people are not using the USMail services like they did when the carriers cared about good delivery and took pride in their work.
