Extremely unprofessional. Had attic removal of insulation, they drug everything thru my house, never even put down plastic. Then when they messed up and had to come back to fix problems they created the employee started screaming at my husband, and tried to physically fight him!?! I was calling the police when they finaly left.

Pest control was useless--customer service was bad as well. Was hearing buzzing and scratching in walls that didn't go away with the first visit by Orkin. The customer service woman rudely explained to me that I was hearing mice (buzzing mice, lol). Wrong...Hired a different very lovely company who found and resolved the paper wasp problem in my walls. Don't bother Orkin, the only thing they exterminate is your cash

The tech that comes to the home where i work is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and friendly easy to communicate with and professional.

Had a technician come out for a mouse problem in August. Technician said the mice were coming in through the attic gables because the gables did not have mesh screens covering them. We went up and there are mesh screens covering the gables. Completely lied. Also, the technician would not give me a quote for any additional services until my husband was home. Called customer service to make a complaint, get my money back, and cancel service. Never received a refund. Received a call today that a technician would be at my house tomorrow. Called customer service and was told my complaint and refund was never logged. Was told I would get my money back right away...still waiting...Awful business practices and customer service.

Can I rate 0?nnYou're honestly better off just setting your entire yard and house on fire than hiring these people.nn1) gotta love getting a call the DAY OF being told they cant make it. I work full time so I wanted to ensure I would be here when they arrived. Getting that call the day of is completely unacceptable. I shouldn't have had to go through all the stress I did that day just to get someone out on the day we set up well in advanced... and several hours later than planned. They arrived but never should have gotten that far.nn2) short and simple: the 2nd appointment he never showed up. I called their service line every hour and NOBODY PICKED UP. Wasnt a holiday. But apparently everybody was sick that day huh.nn3) got the 2nd appointment reschedule. 5 hours late. And the guy arrived as if he had no idea what he was sent to do.nn-- one of their techs showed me their schedule. It's not their fault. It's the company that works then to death by literally making schedules so jammed packed. And these guys weren't just driving from a few miles away. No the one appointment the guy drove 45minutes to me. So not only do they jam their schedules so much that it's near impossible, they got them driving all around town and probably dont even factor in traffic.
