Aptive associates who come to my house to perform quarterly outside inspections and treatments always seem knowledgeable and are professional and courteous. The associate always asks upon arrival if we have any particular concerns and then checks in at the end of treatment to let us know if they made any important observations (or not). The cost seems fairly high, and I'm not sure exactly what treatments are being applied, but they seem able to find and retain good employees and our pest count has definitely decreased since we started using the service. My one concern with service today was that the associate wasn't wearing a mask when he came to the door, but otherwise all seemed good.
Every representative that has come out has been courteous, friendly, informative, and attentive. I do not like the customer call centers wait, but I can say , the receptionist on the other end has always been kind, pleasant and understanding. It would be helpful if the app actually worked. Honorable mention to Todd, James, Tammy, and Andrew. You’re my new best friends.
They are very professional and take pride in their work. We had spiders and centipedes and I am very happy to say that they no longer are an issue for our family. Thank you very much for the awesome job that Aptive does!!
Inconsistent with service technician...a different person each treatment. Not well supplied with proper items to combat small rodents. We were told to call in for another service call which is an inconvenience with our time. When we call for customer service, the phone wait time is definitely way too long on hold. Our review is accurate since we had a competitive company in the past that was 1/2 the cost with the same technician who was well supplied with product each visit.
The technician was very thorough. He listened to what I was saying and did exactly what I asked. He represents Aptive in a very positive manner. Great work!!
