This was my first experience with ProSource and I was impressed! My carpet installer referred me to Earl Matthews and Earl was so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for, where it was for, and also asked about my lifestyle in order to pick the right carpet. The process was easy from start to finish and Earl was professional from the moment he introduced himself!!!
I highly recommend ProSource Bridgeville for their excellent customer service. For example, an order I received had 3 bundles damaged out of 13 bundles of tile. ProSource Bridgeville’s management promptly reordered the replacement tile, though the new tile were all damaged as well upon arrival. Then, the tile was discontinued from the manufacture. ProSource Bridgeville handled the issue professionally keeping me updated and solved the issue with finding a tile design that matched perfectly to color/pattern as well as tile size. I’m just an average guy (using my wife’s Google account for the review), semi-new to tile installation, but ProSource Bridgeville treated me great, like I was their top customer.
My visit was handled very professionally let me go search samples until sales person was available. Adam was spot on with guiding me through a process on locating style and manufacturer in which placing order for project was effortless! ud83dude03
Nothing but great things to say about my experience with ProSource and working with Anthony. Anthony promptly returned my call, fit me into the schedule that week, and worked within my price range with great recommendations. Made the process of purchasing flooring easy!
