District Court

Filed a case with the court. During the hearing ,the judge couldn't make a decision as she is not familiar with the case of this nature and advised she will mail her decision within 5 days. I received the judgement with no explanation of her decision. I called the office to find out the reason behind her decision, the clerk advised me that their computer system is not capable of adding the reason to the letter. What a joke. Will definitely appeal.

The Judge was extremely fair and listened to both sides despite the Plantiff being a literal crack head and threatening everyone. The DM stood her ground and remained fair despite the insanity and did her job well.

The magistrate is very fair and trustworthy. She listened to both sides and rendered an honest decision.
