GetGo Gas Station & WetGo Car Wash

Based on all information I could find online this store says it is open until 10pm whatever the guys name is who was working the closing shift on Wednesday 8/12/20 Chose to yell at me and use profanity and refer to me as “dude” rather than tell me politely that they close earlier than is advertised. Mind you all the lights were on and people were still at the pumps, my car was nearly out of gas (light on) and I only wanted to get $5 to get home and to work the next day where I get my demo car filled for free. I am in sales and I rarely ever feel the need to write a review of a business, but if this guy worked for me I would want to know how he berated my customers and treated people who were trying to spend money with my business. I would have liked to have gotten his name but he had already removed his name tag, and uniform, and I’m sure he only would have screamed more profanities had I asked him for his name. This type of behavior is completely uncalled for regardless of the situation. Even if they had been closed for a half an hour rather than 2 min (arrived at 9:02) it would still be totally unacceptable for an employee to speak to a customer that way. If one of my sales people spoke to a client like this guy he would be packing his desk the same day. Giant eagle usually employs very nice people but this guys is clearly someone who hates his job and is angry with everyone because of it. Such a shame to have someone like that represent your company.

I used the car wash in McMurray for the first time today. My receipt showed that I had paid for the car wash so I assumed that the attendant that was standing in the front would look at my receipt. He came over to my car and scolded me because I didn't put a code in the machine. I apologized and said it was my first time using Get Go car wash and he continued to embarrass me in front of all the cars waiting in line real loud. When I asked his name he told me it was none of my business. I reported him to the manager and found out that his name is Dale. I am a 79 year old woman and could not believe how mean and disrespectful Dale was to me and I will never use that car wash again.

I get gas there a lot and have no problems. However, today I tried the car wash and it's the worst car wash I've ever had. Ordered the 2nd best wash out of the 4 options offered and its wasn't worth $0.12 let alone the $12 I paid. DON'T USE THE CAR WASH!

Normally I don’t go bashing businesses, but this time I thought it was necessary. After getting home from the market district express/getgo car wash(mcmurray, pa), I noticed this huge chunk of paint missing on my vehicle. I proceeded to call getgo and after getting bounced around, I finally spoke to someone that was rude at the gas station. They informed me that I had file a claim in person so I drove back down there immediately. I had to file a claim for them to investigate on there own and was told I would receive a letter whether they take fault for the damage or not. About a week later, I received a letter from their claims adjuster that stated that getgo was not at fault and I would be responsible for covering the repair. I decided to give them a follow up call to see if we could reach some negotiation since I have proof via our ring video surveillance that the damage was not there as I was pulling out of my driveway to go to the car wash. Although the claims rep was friendly, there was no negotiating on their end. At this point it’s kind of hard to not be frustrated with getgo and I feel that I needed to share my experience so no one else has to deal with the same headache. Save yourself the nightmare and don’t take your car to their car wash!!!!
