Breaking a bone in my left hand was no fun, but everyone at Inspire made the recovery process so easy. Renee, Mindy, Karen, and Ronnie are just the best therapists ever. I was super lucky to be working with supportive, friendly, knowledgeable professionals who actually made my time there enjoyable. It may sound weird to look forward to therapy, but Inspire is such a nice clean & comfortable facility with the most personable team and cutting edge toys/tools that it was like a spa day for my healing hand.nThanks to everyone for the great conversations - I learned a lot about strength, stability, and rotation. And I'm doing great! Driving my car used to feel like lassoing an elephant, and now I have my indepence again. Thanks so much for the kind motivation, my experience here was some of the most rewarding hard as heck work I've ever done. Appreciated.

Going to physical therapy is usually the result of something bad happening. So you’re not sure what you’re going to be doing. I can say, unfortunately due to multiple experiences with injury and surgery, the therapists and all associates are caring and very good at communicating what they are going to do and help you recover. Wether it’s recovery from surgery or helping with just injury, they help you to understand the difference between what is good pain associated with getting better and encourage you to push through it but also help you to understand pain that you need to avoid to not create setbacks. The facility is clean and has modern equipment. If you have a choice in your physical therapy, I highly recommend the Lacey Location but feel any of the area Inspire locations will be very similar.

Inspire’s Physical Therapy team is the best I have encountered. They go the extra mile to get you moving again. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. I would not go anywhere else.

Austin is a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist. I have enjoyed working with him and the staff for prior needs. He stuck with me for approximately 3 years while I was healing. I have a new knee problem and specifically requested him and the practice form my doctor.nThis staff is very friendly and are very professional during each session.nYou will have an excellent team to work with.

It was my first time going to Inspire physical therapy. Austin was very good, explained in detail what I needed to do, have me a print out of what exercises I needed to do during the week. I found the staff very nice and helpful. I wound recommend Inspire Physical and Hand Therapy to anyone. You fit right in.
