I went into the library to fill out an application for a job. I use the computer and they only allow one hour per day. There are signs everywhere stating there are no exceptions. I ran out of time and had to come back another day to finish the job application. There was literally only one other person on a computer when my time ran out.nI just moved back from the North Hills and both the Shaler Area Library and the Northland Public Library do not put such short time limits on computer use. I am now a tax payer in Bethel Park. Perhaps when the library looks like a ghost town they could reconsider. ud83eudd37♀ufe0f
Very friendly librarian. I have been to upper st Clair, Mt Lebanon and Castle Shannon. Bethel park children program is most preferable at the moment. They take time to listen and put effort to resolve your concerns.
So, i called the library this afternoon about 2 pm and was placed on hold for over 4 minutes and no one came back on the line, How unprofessional that is. So when i finally called about about a minute later. I was again almost placed on hold before telling the young lady that i was already placed on hold so i asked her a quick question Did they have any tax forms. She informed me that they did have the federal forms only. So after finally getting the info, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and i was instantly forwarded to a Mrs. Linda, and i explained to her what just happen as a consumer, and i informed her that it was unacceptable. I then informed her that i was indeed going to be writing this complaint , as well as calling their supervisor..
An amazing place filled with wonderful people. And the library is filled with outstanding literature!! I highly recommend. ☺ufe0fud83dudc95
