ATI Physical Therapy

The staff is great. It's the fact that their PT facility is on the second floor down a hall way that you have to walk to get to the clinic and you have to walk all the way back to the elevator to use the only bathroom on the second floor. For someone with limited/painful walking there was no consideration. I'm amazed that no one has fallen down the stairs after leaving the clinic as the stair case is right there when you open their door. And they started this call center that is ridiculous. Every time I call they have to transfer me to the clinic anyway to get an answer, so why are they even there!?

I've been being treated for a right arm shoulder injury by Alex at the Lacey, Wa establishment since the end of August. After being treated in past years for back, left shoulder, and wrist injuries, I can say without any doubt that this is the absolute best therapy that I've ever received!!

This is a very clean, and pleasant place with caring staff!!! They are extremely knowledgeable, well trained and highly professional. They treat you as if you are the most important reason they exist. Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about this place!!!

The staff is friendly, patient and focused on improving my condition. They listen to my concerns and work with me for a meaningful experience. I am glad I was referred to ATI for physical therapy.

Because of the nature of my injury I ended up having to complete two courses of physical therapy (PT). I have to say, I couldn't be happier with the help I got from Jennifer Edwards and her team. I've been to other PT clinics and the experience just wasn't as good. Jennifer has a knack for hiring very skilled and friendly staff members, keeping them focused and this makes all the difference in the world. My injury is substantially improved and I feel confident I'm at a point that I can take it from here. Few people actually LIKE going to PT, but I can say I looked forward to every visit and would return to Lacey ATI if I have any future needs!
