Safeway Pharmacy

Our whole family goes to this pharmacy. They are friendly and very professional. We enjoy all the people who work there.

Very nice staff, professional and friendly.

Nothing but a hassle every time I need a refill. Tried to transfer pharmacies and supposedly they sent the scripts over but the new pharmacy never received them. And of course, they couldn’t tell me what happened beyond “it shows we sent them”. Glad I transferred out!

Stay away from this pharmacy! I’m very serious! They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! I will never go back to this one even though it’s close to my house. Martin Way Safeway will get my business once again. I’d rather drive there and have awesome customer service and not have to wait 15 min just to drop off a prescription. Absolutely ridiculous.

My dr sent in a prescription and they didn’t have it. No notice of how long it would be delayed, nothing. I call them to see if I can get it sent somewhere that has it. They give me misdirection on how to get my prescription transferred and 4 hours later they still have not sent over the requested information to the other pharmacy. When you’re sick and out of work due to morning sickness and the problem should be easily solved it’s irritating when people can’t do their jobs.
