Mark Langhans (MD), Ryan Ball (PA), David Kleba (PT) and staff were excellent: Professional, personable, skilled, effective and caring from beginning to end of evaluation, recommendation, surgery (right knee-miniscectomy), post-op, PT and discharge. Facilities were well-equipped, clean and comfortable. In particular, the Seven Fields PT facility is the best PT facility I have seen. My experience began in early March 2020 and ended early May 2020, so everyone involved was dealing with the uncertainties and stresses of the COVID-19 outbreak and associated difficulties. Could not possibly have been handled better.
Dr. Jeff Kann is a great surgeon, and was able to fix a problem I had with my foot that a different ortho was unable to even diagnose. However, this office is the most poorly run office I have ever been to. The office is consistently 45 minutes behind, no matter the time of day, and the front desk staff is less than personable. While sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time, I watched the main person speak condescendingly to at least 5 patients also waiting to be seen. The other offices in this practice do not run this way, and it is a shame this one has to be associated with the practice.
