Breakout is an outstanding PT place where you will receive kind caring attention and you will get better. Brad and his staff are highly trained and work together well. They will have you doing a variety of therapies custom planned for you. You will be greeted and probably shown into a room just for you as soon as you arrive.(no waiting). The location is perfect and it about 15 steps from your car into the office.(no long walks in hallways).Brad is sincerely interested in you and will use his extensive current knowledge to help you. Breakout is so superior to other PT’s in North Hills.

Breakout is not only an amazing place to go for PT, but an amazing environment overall. All staff and even patients treat each other as family. The therapists, Jay and Brad, will not just throw some exercises at you and wait for you to get better. They dedicate themselves completely to getting you better. If you’re like me, then they’ll even plan your whole future for you. They both are very knowledgeable and friendly. Debbie is an amazing PTA to learn from. She will always make sure you are learning and answer any questions. She’s also amazing at being a PTA The front desk customer service is especially my FAVORITE. Patti makes sure everyone is well taken care of and never lets you leave not knowing what’s going on with anything financial. She makes sure everyone stays up to date and provides exponential customer service unlike most front desks in healthcare. As for the helpers/volunteers/aides; they are learning from the absolute best. They are extremely friendly and more knowledgeable than most aides thanks to the environment Breakout provides. It’s impossible not to love everyone there whether you’re a patient or employee!

My experience at BreakOut was phenomenal! Jay and his staff are professional, caring, and determined to help their clients. I am not exaggerating when I say it was a life-changing experience. I am now pain-free and working out 3-4 times a week--and I was a major couch potato (for years) before finding BreakOut. If you need professional and effective PT or rehab, go to BreakOut. You will find empathy, encouragement, and positive results.

I have had the opportunity to volunteer at Breakout and I am very thankful for this experience. Jay, Brad, Debbie, and Patty have all taught me so much when it comes to the field of physical therapy and also patient care. If you ever need rehab, this is the place to go! Not to mention the fun atmosphere that will make you want to come back even when your treatment is over!

I’m a repeat Breakout consumer —after serious injury and after surgery.nJay has become my family’s go-to Physical Therapy guru as he, Brad, Deb, Patty, and everyone at Breakout are careful, thorough and often quite entertaining.nThey emphasize that the on-site treatment and the “homework” are equally important to recovery.nThey are also great at developing that post-treatment stretching & strengthening plans for continued improvement.
