People working there are careless, they simply told me that they don't have no order under my child's name, I asked for a second time and the lady (seemed to be their supervisor) in less than a 10 seconds confirmed that there is no such order. However, she was talking about something fun with another customer for around 10 minutes. After I logged into my child's online health account and showed them an evidence that the doctor has sent it, they had to do my job.nVery disappointing, never go back there! Go to Walgreens just next to it, they were so nice.

The people are nice but I don’t like that they keep filling my prescriptions without asking me when I don’t have them on auto refill. I find this is kind of shady. I’ve asked them multiple times to stop doing this and they keep doing it. I’m going to be pulling all my prescriptions from this CVS as a result.

The pharmacist is the best at this CVS. She (Brittany) is so kind, remembers everyone's name, talks to your children, and always goes above and beyond to answer any questions. I am so glad I switched to this pharmacy, from another independent CVS store. The customer service is impeccable.
