Tried to find store hours online. Kay website lists it opens at 10:00 but mentioned checking with the store to confirm. I called store after hours - it rang and rang with no voicemail to tell the customers the hours. Went at 10:15am, turns out they aren’t open until 11:00. Went to get a gift but didn't go in due to two employees standing on each side of the door smoking.. I don't want to have to walk though a cloud of smoke and smell like cigarettes.. Nor do I want to go and a deal with a salesman that smells like an ashtray

Hours say open till 9, closed when I went there at 7

Very helpful staff. Really easy to talk to everyone here, you can tell these people like their job.

I brought my garnet ring for my sixth-month diamond inspection and cleaning. I saw a lot of new pieces that I love and I ended up ordering two pairs of surgical steel earrings! (I was so surprised to find that they have an entire catalog of steel options!) .nnKelsey was very kind and pulled out many pieces for me. I would definitely return to this store! (And I will to pickup my earrings)
