Atrocious customer service- faulty product that doesn’t actually close properly and is therefore completely unusable. Do not buy this product (mia band)

These bands are beautiful, but they don’t hold quality. After a few months the coating on my rose gold band began to like wipe off and turn silver. Furthermore the clasp device to tighten the band is literally the worst, cheapest design I’ve ever seen. The watch bands for like $15 on amazon have a higher quality tightening mechanism. I sincerely wish I could leave a great review because I wanna love this company —the aesthetic design of the bands are undoubtedly gorgeous— but it is extremely frustrating to constantly have to tighten the constant loosening of the stupidly designed tightening clasp and my watch constantly disconnects because it falls so far off my wrist that it requires a password again to unlock it. So every like, 5-10 mins I have to tighten the stupid band or suddenly my watch isn’t functioning cause it’s waiting for a password. Would not recommend. For disposable value the amazon selection is way more practical (and dare I say, actually better quality).

I love my Ultimate Cuff! People ask me about it all the time. It's a super cute alternative to any of the other plastic or cheap leather bands out there.

Beautiful apple watch cuff. The only issue had with it is after a while the chain doesn't hold as tight as it used to in the beginning. It begins to loosen after a while. I still wear it and I love it though! It isn't a huge deal, I just tighten it back.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had still on going for over 2 months bought the dianna for my wife and it broke was told the cuff was out of stock and would be back in in 6 weeks we were asked to return the broken one in the mean time so we did and it’s been over two months of this company having our money and our product and now there telling us they are no longer getting them back in stock after the women had us send the one we had back it was not completely broken but for the price shouldn’t be anything wrong with it but it was still functioning but now they will not return that one and are trying to refund the money with out any help or making this right in any way if there was a way to give zero stars I would they don’t deserve one I have over a dozen emails from one of there employees basically refusing to get us in contact with a manganger or supervisor and now she just tried to refund our money but that’s not what we wanted nor did she ask and the card that it was purchased on is no longer active but she didn’t ask what we would like to do or anything and took it upon herself to try and refund the money we asked for the original back that I already paid for and now that seems to be not happening worst experience ever and the best part is they have “The Ultimate Promise” I guess that’s to screw there customers
