These guys are reliable, quick, and most importantly HONEST. We are in the process of selling our house. The buyers had Mr. Sewer inspect the sewer lines. they couldn’t get through the lines due to tree roots. They had to do a flush and wanted to charge $1000 to clear the lines and do the scope again. Pittsburgh plumbing did both the same day for HALF the cost. Not to mention they provided us with a video. Definitely recommend these guys!!!
Great service we called Greater Pittsburgh plumbing to help fix a leaking toilet base and also to put in 2 new toilets. The service fee was lower than anywhere else we called and the cost to install was almost 50% less expensive. The plumber did a great job throughout. Would definitely use again for all plumbing needs!
Matt and Nick from Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing did a fantasic job of getting our main drain unclogged, ensuring that it was clear all the way to the trap outside the house. They were courteous and efficient and you'd never have been able to tell that they were there. Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing has done other major work for us in the past and we will continue to use them for our plumbing jobs in the future. Kai and his crews have always taken care of the job and cheerfully answer the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend.
Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing came out to out home to give us a second opinion on our sewer line repair. They were very thorough in explaining how the repair would need to be completed, and then offered us a better price than the original company that came out the week before. GPP did an excellent job replacing our sewer line and fixing the concrete in our basement. We are very pleased with the work they've done. We can sleep better knowing our...stuff is going where it needs to.
Our laundry tub sink handles were leaking and Cody was our plumber. I would give Cody 5 stars, he showed up on time, explained my options and the different prices, and provided quality work. But I give the company just under 5 stars. They did provided excellent customer service and convenient scheduling, but they have a $39 dispatch charge. I understand why, but I feel that it should be put toward the cost of service if you choose to use them after the plumber gives you your estimate. Or it should be waived for returning customers to show gratitude for loyal customers.
