Greenix was sold to use as a premium product and service and the price reflected that. We are willing to pay the premium price if Greenix could deliver on the quality and services that they advertised. We took a chance and switched. So far Greenix has delivered as advertised. Greenix Pest Contol and their service technician James Kline provide professional and courteous service. James has provided service at my home on several occasions. He was knowledge, thorough, explainednthe pest control applications and answered all my questions. We have been very pleased with our service.
They get in every crack around the Outside of the house to be sure no spiders or bugs get in. They get all the spider webs out from the high places we can’t reach. All material is natural so there are no poisonous chemicals! We often find dead insects outside around the door entrances. Better them outside than in!!
Dylan is very personable and efficient. Also very knowledgeable about the Wood bee issue we have had problems with for years.
Mike was awesome! Contacted us the night before to touch base about his arrival time in the morning. Great communication and on time! Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Great service all around.
