I recently had some walls opened up in my kitchen by Zavasky Remodeling Solutions. Plumbing, vents and electrical all had to be moved. Hardwood flooring had to be laced into the existing floor where it previously didn't exist. Plus, new lights were added to the new opening that was created. The project turned out exactly as I had hoped. I really couldn't have asked for a better result. I will definitely be using Zavasky Remodeling Solutions for future projects.

I had a very small project and the agreement was for Ron to paint new baseboard and install along with a floor. After he left, I noticed that the paint can was never opened and you can see the baseboard is not he same color as the stringers. Baseboard was bought that was already a white color, but part of the deal was painting it so it was the same color white as the stringers on my steps. It would of taken 10 minutes, but instead he chose to cheat me. To top it off I asked for a receipt and he mailed me a blank piece of paper that said- installed floor and baseboard. No letterhead and he did not even inlcude his name on the paper. I requested a receipt on his company letterhead with the services he performed including if the baseboard was painted, and he did not respond. Also, at the the of the project he complained about the amount he charged me and said he did not make enough money. Well, then why did you quote me that amount??? Ron cannot be trusted and who has time to hear him complain about the amount he charged when he is done??
