Kane Creek Recreation Parking

A beautiful campground with lots of amazing scenery and terrain around.

Great views. No fee parking with ample space for trucks and trailers.

This is the parking lot to access several bike and jeep trails, including Cliffhanger, Amasa Back, Captain Ahab, and Hymasa. It's a gravel lot and has an outhouse and signage showing the nearby trails. To access Cliffhanger, Captain Ahab, and Hymasa you ride/drive half a mile up the canyon to the trailhead. The trails are steep technical sandstone, but with a steady climb/descent instead of the up/down terrain on the Slickrock trail. Great views from the top. The bike and jeep trails cross each other and join up at some points.
