I walk down to this store at least four times a week for soda and sometimes snacks. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This morning the woman had music playing which made the gas station less like a gas station and more like a friendly neighborhood store. I know some people give the workers a hard time. We need to remember these teenagers are working 40 hours a week during a pandemic, so we can drive our cars and drink our soda. Ive witnessed some customers be very rude for no reason. This is a stressful time for everyone let’s at least be kind to one another.
This is a small GetGo, but the closest for many resident in the Greenfield-Squirrel Hill area. The store has soda, milk, limited snacks, and cigarettes. The lot is on the corner of a very busy intersection, so during peak traffic periods, it is easier to loop the block to get out of the station. But, if you go at the less busy time, it's fine. It will be interesting to see if the station remains open due to the opening of the Mega GetGo in Edgewood.
Staff is cool here
A nice compact gas pump layout well suited for when you don't need gas since it's hard to maneuver in the cramped space. On occasion traffic is sparse enough where you don't have to wait 7 minutes to turn out onto the road, unfortunately that is at 12AM when the pumps are closed.nnWould recommend going here to someone with a bad day to tip that day into a horrible day where they can then someday laugh about it.
This get go is closed now at 11:23 despite saying they're open until 12:00. Trash
