have not used it as of yet, however CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

I was here last week and loved what they do! They seem really excited about working there, so much so that I asked for a card to maybe apply for a job! Everyone there seems to love talking about vacations. They tried to help me but I just can’t afford it at this time, although I’d love to if I could! I will totally be back to pick up a package later though for sure.

The office as a whole was great!! Everyone was very kind to us especially when my child would not settle down. They tried giving us toys and crayons to make him feel more comfortable. It’s a very great product and I would refer anyone to Sundance Vacations

Presentation was amazing and fun, Dan did great job being very informative. Then mike was very detailed In what he was explaining. Overall great experience!
