I have called many times over the passed couple months and either got a rude lady or no contact. When I moved here the same thing happened with our water bill. They had sent it but never came because my name was wrong on the address. Well same thing happened with this sewer bill and I called to get it fixed and they wouldn't change it so we have only gotten one bill and the lady said oh that doesn't matter and was no help at all. Very angry now that no one there has even offered to look up my bill so I could pay it. Now its late and about to be terminated because they didn't help at all. How hard is it to look at your computer and tell me how much I owe when I call???
