Treasure Hunt

Had a really good experience selling some old silver dollars on Friday. Jennifer explained the process and pricing details as she looked through the items.nnWell I took in some other items today. Whoa. Couldn’t even get close to the price of the silver itself. I have about 500 items and only got through about 60. Even coins from 1888, 1889, 1898 etc that were in good to fine condition were not even worth the weight innsilver.nnI was offered .nn.15 per war time nickel. Today the melt value is $1.37 per coin. I told her and she said it is only 35% silver. I said I know! She said I don’t know where you are getting your information.nnIt is worth $1.37 melt value with 35% silver! Look it up anywhere 7/27/2020nn.50 per Roosevelt dime was offered which has a melt value of $1.76 today. Look it up!!!nnThen I started packing up and she said they would give me $75.24 for the 53 dimes. What!? I guess if they think you are a moron they will steal from you. No thanks! I left.nnIf we could have started there we could have done some business. You better beware and know what you have!!!! If not they will rob you blind.nnHowever, they do pay you $25 if you write a good review about them. Not worth the $25 if you ask me.

I can’t say enough about how helpful and nice the staff was. They were more than fair on what was offered to me, more than I was expecting. I’ve done business with them twice in the last 2 weeks and I will be returning again. You guys truly helped me out, thank you very much!!!

I've had multiple good experiences at Treasure Hunt! Each time I had taken in a handful of pieces from gold to silver, and they were all priced very fairly. I have walked out with a nice check each time! Highly recommend taking in that pile of jewelry you haven't worn in years to see what you can get!
