Natalie was very rude and no help at all. I wanted to even exchange something I brought a week ago. I could have easily return my purchase for my refund. She was no help at all, didn't want to show me any charms. Every new charm I asked about it was sold out. She took one charm out of the display at a time, she could have easily move the shelf around in the display so I could see the charms. As if she was hiding the charms. I'm no thief and i spend plenty of money at that store on jewelry for my daughters. If the other lady didn't help out I would have returned my $300 purchase. Retrain that rude girl.

I was assisted by Pat. He was very personable. He was very helpful,answering all of my questions,and informing me about upcoming events. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful service, i found a bracelet on their site which was not in the store, i had the item number and the clerk happily looked it up and ordered it in store and will ship to my house. No complaints on my part. Very good service
