Giovanni is a very friendly. I have been here amd have done alot of business with them. He is by far the best, friendliest and faireat of all the employees who i have worked with here. And ive dealt with about 4 other workers. He definitely works with you on a giving you the best deal and will even meet you in the middle on deals... By far his customer service is beyond most in all lines of customer service industry workers.
Went there with a buddy of mine to pawn some jewelry. And got way more then expected. Fair honest and awesome.
