The Bee Hunter is amazing. The Pittsburgh and surrounding area should feel very fortunate to have this expert. I have used Jim twice now - once at my former residence in which he took care of a HUGE hornets nest on my back porch, and most recently at my current residence in which he had to remove an aggressive yellow jacket nest within the wall of my dining room! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and thoroughly explains the problem and process. He is very accessible, making every attempt to come to resolve your issue quickly while working with your schedule. I also really appreciated how friendly and kind he was to the young children in my home who were trying to distract him. Jim is an ABOVE and BEYOND professional who I will use again if need be, and refer others to him. Another note - in addition to being serious about his line of work, he also has a fun sense of humor! I called at 3 pm on a Saturday. He showed up at 7 pm the same day. I had yellow jackets in the ground and he determined they were in my walls. He removed some of the wall and removed five sections of the hive. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. The price was very fair and after the job was completed we talked for 20 minutes on my porch. I can tell he is more about doing a good job and customer service then making a quick buck and leaving. I was also givin a warranty on the work performed. 5 star
If you have a bee problem, call Jim!! He's very responsive, efficient, and professional. He identified exactly where our bee nest within our walls within 5 minutes. He's very knowledgeable and got the job done well! Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best. Not only was Jim professional, but he completely eradicated 3 ground nests in two different cemeteries in no time at all. What I was most impressed with, other than his overall communication and professionalism, was the follow up phone call to make sure the problem was taken care of. You can't be any more professional than that.
He came and killed the yellow jackets fast. He was also extremely professional and kind. The kids had queations about the nest and he patiently and kindly rattled all sorts of yellow jacket info.n100% would hire again - of course I hope to never have to!nnHire him now, if you have stinging insect issues.
