We have been with with Kevin Hayward’s office since 2017 and it has been one of the best decisions we have made! When we were getting the run around from the claims department regarding an accident we were in, Patrice was ready and willing to step in to get us the service we deserved. We have looked at other insurances to see if we could get a better rate and Kevin’s office came in under every time! We have absolutely loved working with Patrice, who we feel is like family now! She is very responsive and has always demonstrated a great work ethic. We absolutely recommend Kevin Hayward’s office!

We switched from Allstate after having them for 15+ years, to State Farm and man was that the best decision! Kevin and his team bring so much to the table! Their customer service is above any other company I have dealt with. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. They walked me through everything and were/are very patient with me as I continue adding or editing our multiple policies with them without ever feeling pressured. Not only are they great at what the do but Kevin donates his time and money to local charities throughout the year. If you are looking for a honest, hard working, reliable agent look no further!

Kevin and his agents are professional and timely in their responses and are eager to get us the best deal on our policies, and answer any questions we have.
