Every person I've ever dealt with at Ronnelle Funk has treated me with the utmost respect they are very professional, the bottom line is they do what they promise, always.nI was in an accident a few years ago and was terrified because I'd heard such horror stories about dealing with insurances and accidents, it was a painless experience they did what they said. I'm sure I was a pain because I called them so many times and they were so kind and patient with me and the best part was i got my money in just days not weeks or months.nWhen covid 19 started they called me to see if I was doing alright and if I needed anything, i truly believe if I had needed anything someone would of helped me out they remembered my husband had just passed sway and that i had just been diagnosed with cancer. How many companies are that personal ?nI would recommend them to anyone, and every chance i get i tell strangers and friends to give them a call.nI found after doing a lot of research that their rates were still the best.nI hope if your needing ins. you'd give them a call.

We have been with Allstate since 2010. We have stayed with Ronelle Funk’s office despite moving out of state, back to WA etc. because her and her office staff is simply the BEST!!! We have had multiple changes to policies with kids moving in or out, military moves out of state, purchasing a home and boat etc. They have made every step and change beyond easy and are always so incredibly pleasant to work with! They are always making sure we are receiving the best possible rate and service!! We will be lifelong clients! If you want prompt, friendly and affordable insurance....
