I have a hired many tile companies in the past that done a horrible job, and I could say Johnson the best with his professionalism and quality of work. The craftsmanship and level of service Jonathan provides is truly amazing. He was incredibly transparent about pricing and even included some free materials when we accidentally bought the wrong backerboard! He communicated every step of the process to lay our floor in the bathroom, educated us on the tile setting process, and made sure every bit of work was done to our satisfaction. After the tile was set he noticed an error in his work (that we would have never seen) and came back to fix it at no extra charge. When everything was finished, he even helped us set the toilet back in place. Above and beyond what I would have expected.nnHonestly, we've had many contractors in our house to do many different things. Jonathan is truly the best we've hired so far. Super clean, the messes from the days work were always cleaned up before leaving. They take great pride in being tidy. The owner, Jonathan, does all the work, so there is no middle man to go through. Jon was full of wonderful ideas, and thinks outside of the box.nnOut of 5 quotes, he was by far the most reasonable, and was willing to work with me to get the price down to what i could handle financially. Oh! And i shouldnt have to say this, but being that im a woman, he didnt ever talk down to me, and thats a big plus in my book. He told me flat out what was possible and what wasnt. He never beat around the bush, and he stuck to the planned budget!nnIf i ever have tile work to be done again, i will absolutely call Ferguson Tile.
