I purchased a new washer and dryer from Colby at McKinney’s and had a wonderful experience. The dryer was back ordered the day I shopped, but Colby kept me apprised of the status and contacted me ASAP when it was received to set up delivery. The delivery team was great-respectful of my home, time, and new appliances. They got everything connected, verified they were working, and gave me maintenance tips. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for any future purchases.

This company is awesome!nI ordered a freezer back in March from another company (not to be named!), only to get a call every couple weeks pushing out my delivery further and further. Finally, after being told I would have to wait until November, I called McKinney's. They were getting a shipment of freezers the following week. I was able to purchase a freezer with delivery within a matter of days!! World class service to boot!!nI am now a customer for life and will refer all my friends and family.

I have my oven back! Thank you for saving our Thanksgiving. I really appreciate the customer service, willingness to answer questions and also helping to save money on the element. You guys are awesome!

I've had to replace all of my appliances in my house over the years. From the new washer and dryer when I bought the house in '02 to the over the range microwave upgrade yesterday. I usually shop around but always wind up buying at McKinny's. They have A great selection, price's are on point and the service is always great.

This location was referred to me by a friend who has yet to steer me wrong! I walked into this location and immediately felt like family. The staff exceeded my expectations. I was given an unbeatable price for delivery and installation. I walked in on a Wednesday and they had my new appliances delivered, installed and ready for use by Friday afternoon. The two gentleman (I wish I remembered their names) who did the installation were unbelievably professional and proud of their work. Stand up folks!nnThe last washer and dryer set I purchased was through a big-box store and it was a nightmare. I was really dreading this whole process but from start to finish, the McKinney's staff made it a breeze. I definitely won't make the mistake of going anywhere other than McKinney's for my future appliances!nnThank you!
