They pray on the weak. Constitutional rights are violated for their own agenda. They let slum lords rent houses without being inspected for occupancy. Revitalization can only happen if the city hall would abide the law. If you are a person of color, you will have a hard time living here. To them everyone of color, or anyone that has a partner of color Will never be treated fairly. Example: i moved back to nk in feb.2018, code enforcement had taken a house i was renting, towed my car from in front of my house, have been arrested for accerting my constitutionly protected rights, and it only oct. 2018.
