My daughter got her ears pierced here. I was a little skeptical of having a medical grade procedure done at a store in a dying mall, but to my surprise, it was great. The young woman who performed the procedure was clearly experienced and was super friendly. Parents - remember to bring your ID as it's required.

This store is very clean and organized. Customer service can be lacking at times. Nice place to get jewelry for my toddler since they have some soft plastic/rubbery bracelets.
