This store does not follow PA’s mask mandate for COVID-19. The manager does not wear a mask and lets anyone in that is not wearing a mask. It feels like a COVID spreader inside. The manager also wears political statements in the store that should not be worn even in this environment. Do better, Spencer’s.

A lot if their merchandise is cheap and gimmicky, I would say that the main demographic is college kids and older high school kids. Most of the stuff is overpriced but you can find good deals on party equipment.
