I required service A.S.A.P. I called at 5:00am and left a voicemail for a callback. Due to my lack of patience I called back at 9:00am and spoke with the receptionist who listened to my minor freakout and flustered words. She didnt rush me or seem annoyed. She was actually very knowledgeable, and i mentioned I would have additional questions that I would wait to ask. Within about 10 minutes i received a call from Tom going over everything and answering all questions. He came out same day for the service and was professional, polite, and really put us at ease. He didnt rush through, skip over areas, or add any surprise charges in the end. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!

Had a great experience with Pro-Kil! Thomas was a delight on the phone and in person; he quickly assessed the situation and was able to remedy the problem within days. Would absolutely recommend!

they claim to be 24/7 but they wanted me to leave a number so someone could contact me the next day

Couldn’t even get an appointment scheduled after 2 calls. Receptionists are not helpful.
