I haven't visited the shop before, but I was looking for advice to repair a set of nice Fostex headphones that have wooden cups. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman on the phone (based on other reviews, I'm going to guess it's Dave), but he was incredibly kind and attentive to my phone. He openly communicated the limitations of his shop to make wood repairs, and referred to an expert guitar finisher would be able to potentially take care of the work.nnI can't say anything else about what this shop offers, but the employee(s) here are outstanding. Thank you!
