Absolutely unacceptable customer service. My wife couldn't get a straight answer regarding the amount of tax owed on a property we acquired last year for over a month. We were prepared to pay, but my wife was told that they have a lawyer who comes in once a week to sort through records. Apperently we aren't at the top of the list. But they intend to process a lien against us if the debt (which we're waiting on them to sort out isn't paid). Penn Hills needs to drop MBM as delinquent handler and let Jordan, or someone capable do their bidding.
Helped me receive my refund in a timely manner. Can't say the same of their competitor Berkheimer.
