Night and Day. That is the difference between Penn Hills Auto Tag and the Penn Dot located a frightful few feet from Penn Hills doors.nnMy son moved into PA for work, and I accompanied him through the process of getting driver’s license changed as well as changing the title of a car into PA. While standing in this line (which moved frightfully slow, to the point of not moving much at all) I had the opportunity to swing by Penn Hills to confirm all the paperwork we needed to successfully get the car titled in PA.nnPenn Hills was diametrically opposite of our experience at PennDot (welcome to the state!!) Penn Hills people were courteous, friendly, and helpful in exactly the way PennDot was not.nnI can’t say enough good things about them.nnI can think of no better way to shake off the life draining officiousness of PennDot than to swing by and get something notarized (just for fun) or get your title work done at Penn Hills.nnThank you for the excellent service!

To transfer a title and transfer a plate I already owned they charged the 9$ and the 55$ for the title fine but 80$ online fee plz a 30$ plate fee and a 20$ instant fee what bs is this i own the plate i already paid 35$ for my plate and them charging me 130$ in their fees id rather try my luck with Pendot down the plaza NEVER AGAIN and never in my days has a place charged me double what the state does.

Don’t go anywhere else. If Jessica is working whenever you go in it will be smooth sailing. She literally knows all of the answers and was very responsive even taking two clients at once. I will not go anywhere else and neither should you. Thank you Jessica for making my situation easy!

Rob was a total rockstar. He was answering phones, handling the notary process, managing the huge line out the door, and doing it all with a smile! He helped us take care of a title transfer and made it a fun process. Great sense of humor, too. Thank you Rob for being here for us and for helping us take care of our notary needs! This guy needs a raise!!
