Very welcoming and lovely church. I was walking by this morning as a service was about to start. I'm looking for a church home and didn't know much about the Episcopal Church. The service was a beautiful blend of Catholic and Protestant traditions. The Priests/Pastors had a Biblical and Christ centered service that followed the Scriptures and the Book of Common Prayer. The choir led beautiful and uplifting hymns. What will bring me back next week was the warm and welcoming people. I was greeted by everyone that passed with a smile, greeting, handshake or all three. Not intimidating or intrusive but the warm, Jesus led, greeting and welcoming of a stranger. The Priests made their way through the entire congregation to personally say hello to all prior to the service. I was a little self conscious because I was dressed for exercise not church but I didn't need to be. I saw folks dressed in blue jeans to Sunday best. I look forward to going back next week.
