This agency is a complete joke the caseworker I have/ had doesn't care about getting a child reunited with their parents she only cares about keeping families apart and her paycheck. I wish there was a 0 star rating.
Most dishonest crooks i have ever met this is my caseworker
so my caseworker does nothing except ignore my calls, talks bad about me when i do everything an more, says i dont do screens bec she wont sign me up an ignored me an tells the court that i dont do screens, so i had to documnet an show my lawyer that this lady has been ignoring me until i called her boss an said i was going to kdka, finally she signed me up they do nothing but talk bad about me an dont help at all my caseworker is terisa holmes, never have i had someone like this, usually cyf are there to help not all caseworkers are there to help i pray no one has her an doesnt go through this,
